Saved events are shared with the whole team. See the Saved events tab.
In the print window choose "Save as PDF".
Drag items to move. Arrow keys nudge, R rotates, Delete removes. Scale is approximate until the exact venue plan is loaded.
Starting layouts by headcount. Pick one to open it in the planner as a new event. The template itself is never changed.
